* How do I pay? All payments must be processed through the Zeffy payment system
* When will my Graduate be notified that they are approved to participate?
After payment is confirmed, you will receive an email from CHAA.
* What will the ceremony look like? Traditional High School/College Graduation format with a keynote speaker and graduate speakers; graduates walk the stage and receive their diploma from family/friend(s) and a reception to follow.
* Can the Graduate set up a reception table? Absolutely, with some restrictions – more info to come
* Who creates the diploma? The Graduate and/or Family/Friend(s)
* Who will hand the diploma to the Graduate? Up to (4) Family/Friend(s) chosen by the Graduate
* What is worn under the cap & gown? Black trousers/slacks & button down shirt for men, Dresses for ladies
* What Cap and Gown Color? Black matte cap and gown
* What Tassel Color? Any color
* Who pays for the Cap, Gown, and Tassel? The Graduate
* Can Cap be decorated? No
* Can Gown be decorated? No
* Can Graduate wear Honors/Athletic cords/sashes? Yes
* How many reserved seating tickets (including parents/guardians) will each Graduate be provided? (15) reserved seating tickets per graduate currently
* Will seating be available for people without reserved seating tickets? Yes, but on a first-come, first-served basis behind the reserved seating section(s)
* Do children need a reserved seating ticket? Children aged two and under do not need a reserved seating ticket.
* Will childcare be provided? No.
* Will there be a Professional Photographer? Yes
* Will there be a ceremony program? Yes
* Will the ceremony be live-streamed? Yes (but there may be a small fee).
