10/11/2024 Friday Night HOCO Pics
Friday night marked our last home game, where, after the opposing team canceled, our players faced off against each other instead. Coach Chris took on the role of referee, while Eric Smith, our fantastic announcer and former Florida Gators announcer, hyped up the crowd. The evening kicked off with a Pep Rally hosted by our cheerleaders, followed by tug of war and a football kicking challenge among students. During halftime, the homecoming court was introduced, and we recognized Head Coach Chris Wood and Team Mom Meredith Wood for their contributions to CHAA Football over the years. This will be Coach Chris’ last season as Head Coach, as both of his boys are Seniors this year. He and his sweet family will be missed! The second half was filled with fun, featuring playful antics from the players and even some coaches scoring touchdowns. It was a night of excitement and joy for everyone involved! We love our CHAA Family
