BRAD SINGER

Head Coach

This will be Mr. Singer’s 5th year coaching with the Hurricanes soccer program. Mr. Singer organized the Hurricanes program 5 years ago and has truly enjoyed the growth and Blessings the program has seen during that time. This will be the second year CHAA will compete in the Georgia Independent Christian Athletic Association, going to the state playoffs in their first year in 2018.

Mr. Singer is a native of Peoria, Illinois where he coached for many years at Concordia Lutheran School, Peoria Dream Center and the Christian Center Recreation Department before moving to the Savannah area in 2009. Since moving to Georgia, Mr. Singer has coached with the local YMCA program and continues to coach with Savannah United’s Academy and Select Club teams. He recently earned his Grassroots National License through US Soccer and is working towards his National D License.

Mr. Singer and his wife Michelle have been married for 20 years and they have 2 children, Britney and Carson, and attend First Baptist Church in Pembroke, GA.

MARK BARGERON

Assistant Coach

Mr. Bargeron will be entering his 4th year as a coach with the Hurricanes soccer program. Mr. Bargeron is a long time resident of Savannah and graduate of Savannah Country Day. He was a four year starter and letterman in soccer at Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC, and played briefly for the Nashville Blues. Mr. Bargeron has been coaching club soccer in Savannah for 8 years, and for the last 5 years has been involved in the women’s Select program. He holds a USSF National C license.

Mr. Bargeron has been married to his wife Stefanie for 22 years and has 2 daughters, Zadie (17) and Saxon (15). They live on Burnside Island and attend Community Bible Church of Savannah.
