ELIGIBILITY FORMS
In order to be eligible to play sports with Coastal Homeschool Athletic Association, all athletes complete and sign the appropriate forms for their sport. If you would like to coach at CHAA, be sure to read the Statement of Faith and CHAA Expectations forms.
