JEFF FAITH
Head Coach
Jeff Faith is entering his first year as Head Basketball Coach. Jeff has been around sports his entire life. Although basketball is his love and he played throughout school, he competed as a collegiate runner at Morehead State. He has worked in the public school system for 17 years and has served as a counselor, coach of multiple sports, athletic director, high school administrator, and, currently, the Assistant Coordinator at Crossroads Academy. Jeff and his bride of 18 years, Jennifer, have two children, Micah and Calleigh, who they have homeschooled since the time each child started kindergarten. Jeff’s prayer for the team is that much like how teammates learn to trust in each other, each player would learn to live with the understanding and the promise of Proverbs 3:5-7. “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Be not wise in your own eyes; fear the
Lord, and turn away from evil.”

Head JV Coach
Coach Ali McField is a loving husband and proud father of five. He has been involved in sports from a young age and started coaching 8 years ago with the desire to guide the next generation. His goal is to teach players to live and play by the serenity prayer. To accept things that they cannot change as God’s will. To give them the strength and courage to change the things they have the ability to. And the knowledge and wisdom to know the difference. In order to not only become better players but also to become better people going forward.
